Our Hiring Process
From your initial contact to your first day on the job, we work to ensure that the hiring process runs smoothly. Our online application provides a streamlined path to get you started. Upload your resume and the process goes quickly by filling in information into the application for you. If you need help applying online, we are available during regular business hours. You will have the option of selecting jobs of interest from our job board to attach your application to. Our goal is to respond to every applicant so you will know if you are being considered. Once you submit your response, it goes straight to our jobs database and recruiters have immediate access.
Paperwork and Screening
All candidates are required to complete a series of forms, including a drug screening and a background check.
Greer recommends you provide at least two work references, letters of recommendations, and proof of past employment (such as a check stub or W-2) to ensure a smoother and quicker process.
We use state-of-the-art testing software to assess your skills and make a better match with prospective employers. We offer tutorials to enhance your skills.
Interviews and Assignments
Greer’s interview is the time to tell us about your abilities, skills and career goals. Your recruiter may schedule interviews with prospective employers so you and the company can decide if the fit is good, or you may be offered employment as a Greer Associate for our client after completing our screening. We work closely with you to guide you in this process.
Quality Calls and Follow-up
Once you’ve landed a new position or started an assignment for Greer, we stay in touch with your supervisor on assignment to make sure that you are both satisfied.
