Temporary Staffing
Our Associates will keep your business

Elect-to-Hire Placement
We search for the finest candidates for
every one of your staffing needs. Your success, and our
business, depends on it. With the Elect-To-Hire option,
we retain the Associate on our payroll for the first 480
hours, allowing you to further assess actual performance
before you finalize your selection. To ensure the success
of this program, Associates are eligible for our benefits
plan until they are eligible for your company's benefits.
Direct
Placement
Direct placement allows you to bring
the candidate onto your payroll from their first day of
employment. We pre-screen candidates during our interview
process, test their computer skills and verify their references
before you interview them for your need. Our goal is simple:
to ensure you make the best selection from the best candidates.
Payrolling
This option allows you to place a candidate
you've identified on our payroll at a reduced
mark-up. Candidates who are payrolled through Greer can
be converted to your payroll at any time with no additional
charges.
Direct Recruiting Program
Our innovative recruiting methods allow
us to attract and retain the area's top talent. Some our
methods include direct advertising, job fairs, and a referral
bonus program. Our most valuable skill is drawing candidates
from the "invisible labor pool" -- those who are
employed but looking for new career opportunities.
Candidate Pre-screening Program
You choose to work with a staffing and
recruiting firm to eliminate the labor intensive search
and evaluation process when you have a staffing need. We
provide you with a customized screening process to meet
your specific needs and criteria. Candidates who meet with
us are assessed on the basis of the qualifications, experience
and skills as they pertain to your needs. We administer
standardized computer tests or customized skills tests and
share those results with you. Candidates then meet with
a professional consultant for an in-depth interview to further
qualify their skills, interests and potential value to your
company. Finally, we verify their professional references,
and education if requested, before presenting them to you
as a qualified candidate. If you require a background check
prior to hiring a candidate on your payroll, we have several
options available depending on your needs.
Testing and Training
As an extension of our value added services, we offer products to better assess your applicants and train your staff. There are a number of tests and training tools that we package for you to test current or future staff in your office or workplace. These packages are customized for your specific needs. The tests assess the applicant's skills with software packages, clerical and office tasks, computer literacy, accounting, legal and medical office tasks, nursing, industrial, food service, retail, IT, staffing and human resource services.
Another product we offer is TalentScout, a quick assessment in specific fields to determine a candidate's strengths and weaknesses within that field. This assessment has proven to cut the testing time in half, thus reducing costs.
Each test or training module can be taken in our corporate office or accessed via the Internet. The results are virtually instantaneous to our staff and are compiled and forwarded in a timely manner directly to the e-mail or fax number you provide.

On-site and Project Management
Whether you need a project staffed and
managed or would like to indefinitely outsource an entire
department, we can manage your recruiting and retention,
training and orientation, discipline and employee relations,

scheduling for maximum efficiency and we keep you informed
about your investment through customized payroll and management
