The Greer Group Experience:

The Greer Group, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Deborah Greer. After almost a decade of experience serving the Triangle area in the personnel services profession, Debbie envisioned a full-service agency that focused on creating long-term partnerships with client companies and providing customized solutions to staffing and recruiting challenges. Debbie is involved in the daily operations of the business as President and Owner.

She is directly involved with all corporate accounts to create processes, deliverables and daily projects. She also collaborates with internal staff and clients to ensure delivery of exceptional and timely service.

Debbie successfully launched the Light Industrial division in 1994. Her experience customizing highly-efficient onsite teams over the last ten years and developing relationships with VMS organizations have increased company profitability and grown Greer to a regional firm.

Greer has thrived through multiple recessions and is proud to have become stronger through each challenge. Debbie loves the industry and her team, and giving back to the community is an integral part of Greer’s culture. Her motto is “I believe in not talking about getting things done, but doing them.”

The Greer Group Experience:

Joined The Greer Group in 1998. Eliza is the VP of Client Services, and she heads up our Client Service Managers.  She recruits associates to work in positions ranging from light industrial, warehouse, clerical/administrative, to executive management. Has experience working on projects with multiple placements and shifts.

She graduated from University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a BA in Communication Studies. She manages a team of professionals recruiting for The Professional and Administrative Division. Eliza has developed numerous relationships with various clients in the Triangle area ranging from law firms, to manufacturing, to marketing and advertising. “The strength of my professional relationships is built upon a dedication to find an ideal match between the client’s criteria and candidate competencies. I establish my accounts by taking the time to get to know the clients and finding out what their most important needs are. These open lines of communication hold the key to maintain trustful, long-lasting business partnerships.”

The Greer Group Experience:

Becki joined The Greer Group in June of 1997 as our Receptionist. She relocated briefly and came back in August 2004 as our Administrative Assistant to support a team of managers. She has grown in responsibilities as Greer has succeeded. She is instrumental in building our payroll operations and a team that ensures all back office processes are efficient and accurate. Her dedication to ensuring all contingent associates are paid in a timely manner has resulted in 100% of Greer Associates receiving their pay on time! Her volunteer experience includes supporting her local church with the food drive, and helping the Methodist Children’s Home.
