Operations
Information flows throughout the Greer system. Each individual has access to accurate, updated information on clients and candidates. We have created a state-of-the-art financial management system that ensures our clients receive on-time billing, supplementary documents and customized reports, and our Associates receive their payroll checks weekly.
The Greer Group utilizes a SQL-server database program called Ultra-STAFF. (www.abd.net)
Ultra-Staff manages our candidate, client and job order information in a very powerful search engine that enables us to search thousands or resumes and applications in seconds. There is a seamless flow to our back office area of payroll, billing and other accounting modules.
With Greer's E Portal capabilities, our clients can have web access to all their transactions. The Customer Portal makes it possible for clients to gain secure and safe access to our database via The Greer Group's web center.(www.greerpartners.com) This unique system makes it possible for our clients to view the following:
- Job Lookup-Research Historical Job orders
- Invoice Lookup-Research Invoices and view invoice detail
- Job List-List all current and active job
- Invoice List-List all open (unpaid) invoices
- Employee Roster-List all employees scheduled to work
The Employee Portal offers employees the ability to interact with our database directly through our website. This module includes
- Schedule Availability-Employees go on line to input their daily availability
- Get Work Schedules-Employess get their work schedules from website
- View Checks-Employees can research pay checks with a view into the check detail
The Timesheet Portal seamlessly redistributes the timecard work load away from your employees, increasing efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and profitability. This portal is only to be used once the client has approved
- Employee time entry-Secure on line form for entering timecard data
- Hiring Manager Approval-Once entered, time data can be accepted by authorized client personnel
We also have a compliance program that includes internal auditing and compliance of associate prescreening activities such as drug screens, background checks, employment verifications, etc. This also includes HR employment law matters such as I-9 compliance and social security verification.
